You’ll learn how to create large-scale animal appliqués for stunning wall hangings, quilts and more. Preprinted appliqué fabrics make quick-and-easy work of the appliqués, paired with high-quality, lightweight fusible web. Learn how the pieces come together to make a deer, elk or moose, and then secure with lustrous cotton threads. Plus, get tips for piecing & quilting a larger piece and a smaller pillow. We’ll show you stippling & micro stippling techniques you can easily master with any sewing machine once you drop the feed dogs! We’ll quilt with 50 wt. Cotton Thread and 12 wt. textured Filaine for a fun twist on the design.
